• Tourism – sightseeing, museums, caves, routes ….
In Vratsa flows a small and clear river called the Leva. Its gorge, 3 km west of the city, seems to be cut by a giant knife in the northern slope of Vratsa Mountain. Digged into limestone of the northern leg of the Zgorigrad anticline, it is the biggest decoration of Vratsa and a favourite place for walk and picnic during all seasons. Standing here, a man with wonderment looks at rocks in the sky…..

Prosthetic Dentistry: Crowns, Dental Bridges, Full Arch Dentures, Full Dentures, Flexible Partial Dentures
• Crowns & Bridges
Dental crowns fit over your natural teeth after they have been shaped to accept the crown. When larger fillings no longer serve their original purpose, it is a good idea to construct a crown. A crown will cover and protect a damaged tooth. Fillings may develop broken edges which will no longer properly seal the tooth.
If the filling is small enough, a new filling can be used. But if the tooth has a large filling and there is not very much of the original tooth material to attach the filling to, a crown may be a better solution.
Procedure: It takes two appointments to restore your tooth with a crown. This is because the crown must be customed hand-crafted in a dental laboratory to fit precisely your tooth and bite.
These are several steps necessary to produce your new crown:
• Your tooth is numbed with topical and local anesthetic.
• Any decay is removed.
• The tooth is shaped with a handpiece.
• We take a precise impression of your teeth.
• The impression is sent to a dental laboratory, which creates the dental restoration (crown). At the next appointment, the dentist cements the restoration to the prepared tooth and adjusts it as needed.

Bridges
A bridge is a replacement for a missing tooth that is anchored in place by the adjacent teeth.
A bridge can avert the chain-reaction of dental problems that can occur when a tooth is lost.
Procedure is the same like making crowns. There are three types of bridges: the conventional metal- ceramic bridge and the gold-bonded ceramic bridge which is recommended specially in the Front Range to reach the best aesthetic effect and a temporary bridge.

• Dentures
A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are available – complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.
Complete/Full Dentures
Complete dentures can be either "conventional" or "immediate." Made after the teeth have been removed and the gum tissue has begun to heal, a conventional denture is ready for placement in the mouth about 8 to 12 weeks after the teeth have been removed.
Unlike conventional dentures, immediate dentures are made in advance and can be positioned as soon as the teeth are removed. As a result, the wearer does not have to be without teeth during the healing period. However, bones and gums shrink over time, especially during the healing period following tooth removal. Therefore a disadvantage of immediate dentures compared with conventional dentures is that they require more adjustments to fit properly during the healing process and generally should only be considered a temporary solution until conventional dentures can be made.

Partial dentures
A removable partial denture or bridge usually consists of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum-coloured plastic base, which is connected by metal framework that holds the denture in place in the mouth. Partial dentures are used when one or more natural teeth remain in the upper or lower jaw. A precision partial denture is removable and has internal attachments rather than clasps that attach to the adjacent crowns. This is a more natural-looking appliance.A partial denture is a removable appliance replacing one or more missing natural teeth and associated tissues. It is supported by the natural remaining teeth and gums. It replaces what is lost and preserves what is left.
Basically removable partial dentures come in two types - an acrylic or metal base. Both have their advantages and disadvantages. The type suited to your particular requirements can be assessed in consultation.A partial denture offers improved appearance and function. It helps maintain the remaining natural teeth, improves the restores appearance, speech and certainly the ability to chew.

● Non-Surgical Extractions
● Placing dental sealant’s (primary dentition)
Dental sealants are thin plastic coatings that are applied to the chewing surfaces of the back teeth to prevent decay. It occurs on the chewing surfaces where pits and grooves tend to trap food and bacteria. Sealants fill in these pits and grooves so that bacteria cannot multiply and cause decay.

● Fillings
Composite dental fillings are wonderful and when artisticly done, they often look just like natural tooth structure. We are using tooth colored, health friendly long-lasting materials, like composite which enables us to preserve the natural teeth the longest possible and make even relatively big fillings.

• Root canals (Endodontics)
We are completing the root canal treatments with great care and diligence. X-ray control and contemporary techniques are only few of the prerequisites for the long-term success of the root canal therapy.

• Tooth Jewellery ( Artificial jewellery )
